1. Introduction
Welcome to the official Zypher Discord server! Our goal is to create a friendly, helpful, and productive community for our customers and fans. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we require all members to adhere to the following rules.
2. Core Rules of Conduct
These rules apply to all channels and interactions within the server.
- Be Respectful: Treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, sexism, racism, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
- No Spamming: Do not spam messages, images, emojis, or mentions. This includes excessive use of caps lock and unsolicited direct messages (DMs).
- Keep it Safe for Work (SFW): Do not post Not Safe For Work (NSFW), obscene, or graphic content. This is a professional community.
- No Advertising: Do not advertise other services, Discord servers, or products without explicit permission from a staff member.
- Use English: Please use English in all public channels so our staff and community can understand and assist you effectively.
- Follow Discord's ToS: You must also abide by the Discord Terms of Service at all times.
- Follow Zypher's ToS: Your use of this Discord server is also governed by our main Terms of Service.
3. Channel Guidelines
Please use channels for their intended purpose. Read the channel topic or description before posting to ensure your message is in the correct place. In general:
- Keep support questions in the designated support channels.
- Use general channels for community discussion.
- Use off-topic channels for conversations not related to our services.
4. Support Protocol
When asking for help in a support channel, please be as descriptive as possible. Include your service type (e.g., Game Host, VPS), any error messages, and steps you have already taken to resolve the issue. Do not tag `@everyone` or `@here`. Our support team will respond as soon as they are available.
5. Enforcement
Breaking these rules will result in disciplinary action, determined by our moderation team. Actions may include:
- Verbal Warning: A friendly reminder of the rules.
- Mute: A temporary removal of your ability to chat.
- Kick: Removal from the server. You may rejoin.
- Ban: A permanent removal from the server.
Serious offenses, such as harassment or posting illegal content, will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
