1. Refund Eligibility by Service
At Zypher, we offer refunds on a per-service basis. The refund window is determined by the type of service you purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within the specified timeframe for your service.
- Game Hosting: Eligible for a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the initial purchase.
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS/VDS): Eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
Refunds are only applicable to the first purchase of a service. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.
2. Non-Refundable Services and Fees
The following services, products, and fees are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Dedicated Servers (Dedi): All sales are final.
- Development Services: Any custom development, setup, or configuration work.
- Extra Fees: This includes, but is not limited to, software license fees (e.g., cPanel, Windows), management fees, and setup fees.
3. Conditions Voiding Refund Eligibility
A refund will not be granted, regardless of the service or timeframe, if your account or service is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Engaging in Illegal Activities: Using our services for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours. This includes activities such as phishing, hosting malicious content, or sending spam.
- Resource Abuse: Engaging in activities that cause harm to our network infrastructure, such as DDoS attacks, or getting our IP addresses blacklisted due to your actions.
- Fraudulent Activity: Using our services as part of a fraudulent scheme or providing false information during registration.
- Use with Blacklisted Providers: Using our services in conjunction with any service originating from a hosting provider or network that is on our internal blacklist.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate service termination without a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible service, please open a support ticket or contact our support team at support@zypher.cloud. Please include your primary service ID, order number, and a brief reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that we cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.
